How do I choose a camp?

• With many themes to choose from we suggest speaking to your child about their interests to choose the best week theme for them.

• Each week has 3 offerings A.M., Full Day, & P.M. you will only select 1 time. Please note if the Full Day session is sold out we will not be able to accommodate an enrollment made into both the A.M. and P.M. session for that week.

My child is between ages. Which camp is best suited for them?

• Camps curriculums are custom tailored with the understanding of various interests and capabilities of the age ranges listed. (Ages 3-6, 6-10, 7-10, and 7-12).

• With the mass amount of activities provided throughout each week there will be activities that challenge and excite your camper and some they may find to be fairly easy. All in all we ensure each camp curriculum is age appropriate for the age range listed.

• If your child is outside of the age range list for a camp, it may not be suitable for your child.

  What hours are camp each day?

• Full day camps run from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. Half day morning camps run from 9:30 am-12:00 pm, and half day afternoon camps run from 1:00-3:30 pm. 

  Do you have before or after care options?

• We do not offer any before or after care options. If you have any questions about your specific needs please contact us.

What are the camp fees?

• Half Day Camp: $250

• Full Day Camp: $475

• July 5th-July 7th 

  - Half Day Camp: $200

  - Full Day Camp: $375

Why is the price different for the week of July 5th?

• The studio will be closed with no camps held on Monday, July 3rd and Tuesday, July 4th in observance of the holiday. Camp will only be held Wednesday through Friday.

• Full day camp will run from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. Half day morning camp will run from 9:30 am-12:00 pm, and half day afternoon camp will run from 1:00-3:30 pm.

Do you offer any discounts?

• We do have offer an early bird discount, sibling discount or multi-week

• The early bird discount is valid on enrollments completed by February 25, 2023.If you enroll into 2 or more weeks of camp

  the multi-week discounts will apply to the 2nd week onward only.

• If you enroll 2 or more children into camp the sibling discount will be applied to the 2nd child’s camp feeds.

• Half day camps receive a $15 discount, full day camps receive a $25 discount.

• EARLY BIRD, SIBLING OR MULTI-WEEK DISCOUNTS CANNOT BE COMBINED!

Are camp fees processed upon enrollment?

• NO. Summer Camp tuition is processed on the first of June.

• Any discount will be applied manually by our team prior to processing.

My camper is not potty trained yet. Can they still attend camp?

• Unfortunately, no. Camp is best for children ages 3+ who are fully potty trained but we hope to see them in the future!

My child may be nervous without me. Can I stay during camp?

• All camps are drop off only. 

• We understand that drop off can be a tough transition for campers regardless of age. However, we have seen this time and time again. Our kind and gentle staff members will do our best to engage your camper and help spark excitement for the activities ahead. We know this will take time for some campers and we will be there each step of the way for them to ensure they are comfortable and confident in camp.

• Don’t worry though! We will always give you a call if we need to!

Are camps refundable?

• Camps are non-refundable after June 1st but are transferable from week to week. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us directly and we will be happy to help the best we can.

How do we know what our child is doing during camp?

• The Tuesday before your child’s week of camp we will send out more detailed information for the week ahead! This email will include a link to a smart phone app called ‘BAND”. This private page will allow you to see pictures of camp activities from throughout the week. We will also post the end of camp performances on the page for families to enjoy.

I’ve enrolled, what now?

• YAY! We are excited to dance with your camper so soon. We will be emailing you ‘2023 Summer Camp Welcome Packet’ at the end of May.

• The Tuesday before your child’s week of camp we will send out more detailed information for the week ahead! This email will include a link to a smart phone app called ‘BAND”. This private page will allow you to see pictures of camp activities from throughout the week. We will also post the end of camp performances on the page for families to enjoy.

What should my child wear to camp? 

• We want your child to be comfortable. We do encourage ballet gear, such as leotards and ballet shoes. However, if you do not have these items, no worries! Whatever t-shirt/shorts combo or fun dress your child wants to wear is always welcomed. If you do not have dance shoes, they can wear any other shoes that are designated for indoors OR socks with rubber grips on the bottom. 

• We ask that children in the age 3-6 group bring an extra set of clothes with them on the first day of camp in case of an accident/spill. They are welcome to keep those in a dance bag, or we will keep them here for the week and return them at the end of camp. 

• Each Wednesday is PAJAMA DAY so students are welcome to wear pajamas or lounge wear to camp.

What is the check in process?

• All camps are drop off only.

• Student check-in will be held outside the front (lobby door facing Booth Street) of the studio each day. 

The first day of camp each week, staff will greet families outside. We will confirm allergies, emergency contact information, and then provide guardian & campers stickers. The first day check-in process is a little longer as we must confirm these details.

• Upon check in daily, you will receive a pre-made sticker for your child to wear throughout the day as well as a matching parent receipt that you will need to show upon pick up. 

• Morning half day & full day camp DROP OFF - 9:30am. Afternoon half day camp DROP OFF 1:00pm.

• After your child is all checked in, give them a big hug and our team members will walk them into the studio, show them where to keep their items and have them join the welcome circle.

What is the pick up process?

• At the end of your child’s camp session, you will show your guardian receipt to pick them up at the back entrance (parking lot facing Panera) of the studio.

• Morning half day camp PICK UP 12:00pm. Afternoon half day and full day camp PICK UP 3:30pmFull day camp.

• Upon check out daily, each guardian will show their parent receipt sticker which we will match with your camper to ensure each child is going home safely.

What if the drop off and pick up guardians are 2 different adults?

• No problem! We simply ask the guardian dropping off your camper to provide the parent receipt to the guardian picking up your child. This can be physically done in person or by sending a photo electronically.

• We also ask that you let our staff know at check in if possible to allow for a smooth and easy dismissal.

Is lunch included in camp?

• Lunch time for FULL DAY CAMPERS ONLY will be held daily 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

• Lunch is NOT provided Monday through Thursday, so if your child is attending the full day of camp, we ask that you please pack them a lunch for each of these days of camp. 

• Each FRIDAY ONLY we will provide a cheese pizza lunch from Giuseppe’s next door!

Is there anything else I need to provide for my child?

• We highly suggest packing a reusable water bottle each day.

• Any items you send with your child should be labeled with their name.

What if my child has a food allergy?

• Organic snacks will be provided to each child during both the morning and afternoon sessions each day of camp. The organic snacks include Annie’s fruit snacks, Annie’s cheddar bunnies, organic animal crackers etc. If your child has a food allergy, we ask that you please send them to camp with a snack and make us aware of your child's food allergy by updating the "allergy" section on your child's account in the parent portal, or emailing us directly at [email protected].

What COVID protocols do you have in place?

• Masks are optional for all staff and campers. We do require hand sanitization for all campers and staff members before snack and lunch. The bathrooms will be completely cleaned between each use, and the studio and lobby will be cleaned with our alcohol fogger after each camp. In addition, 3 air purifiers will be running at all times during camp and classes.
